Came during New Year's so of course everything is more expensive and packed compared to normal....butttt..... so close to everything!! Rooms are very minimalist, but we didn't come to sit in our room. Wish had a mini fridge &/ or microwave, but everything else was great. Front desk was quick and friendly, special request was addressed very fast and friendly as well. Good view, comfortable beds, and everything need in a small personal space.

Was impressed by this hotel. Better price than surrounding hotels, it is a small space but workable. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom and shower situation. For a Manhattan hotel, it was pleasantly quiet. The loudest outdoor noise that got through was the emergency vehicles but it isn't enough to keep me awake. They have a room for holding luggage and I highly recommend using the airport limo if you're going to LGA. It was cheaper than the taxi and a MUCH nicer ride. Driver was out front precisely on time, the vehicle was very nice and the whole experience was professional. I would be happy to stay here again!

The rooms are compact but smartly designed, super clean, and surprisingly comfortable — ideal if you plan to explore the city more than sit inside. The location is unbeatable, just steps from Times Square and major subway lines, making everything easily accessible. The lobby has a cool, modern vibe, and the rooftop lounge is a great bonus for unwinding after a busy day in the city. If you want stylish, affordable, and efficient in the heart of Manhattan, this spot delivers.

Yes, the room was a bit small. However, we didn’t come to NYC to lounge in a hotel room. We came for Broadway, easy access to all things, and most of all pleasant staff and a clean facility. We found all of this here. From being greeted each time we came through the lobby, to a very friendly bartender who was such a kind guy when we stopped in on 3/5 to the exceptionally nice front desk gentleman who reversed our check out on 3/6 at 6:30 am when we messed up our ferry departure and allowed us to have our room back for a couple more hours. The little store next door has the best staff as well and overall for 2 women to be traveling to NYC alone we could not have wished for a better experience. Do not sleep on this little gem. All was lovely and we’ll definitely be back next year.

Great location minutes from times square. Basic room, clean with all necessary amenities, no frills. Great for solo travellers and good price. Could do with modernising the electricity sockets to have outlets for C type cables for phones. USB port was not working in my room either and i could only find one wall socket under the desk that had other things connected to it. Would stay again.

Great hotel for the money! Staff was friendly and welcoming. Rooms are small but it was just me so I didn't mind. The bunk room would probably tight for 2 people though. The location was great because I love being able to walk everywhere. I walked back from a Broadway show alone and felt safe (as safe as you can be in a big city). If you're looking for luxury, this isn't it. But if you just want an affordable hotel room in a great location, I would definitely recommend this one.

This was a great location to be in proximity to time square and the train station. I stayed here with my son for a NYC college tour. The room we had was perfect for the two of us. It was the room with a bunk bed. The set up was perfect and just what was needed to lay our heads at night. The offer free walking tours and there was also a restaurant in the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.
